Add into that Reflexology to rebalance and promote healing through the reflexes. Add into that Reiki a gentle channelling of universal energy for the body, soul and mind to take as required. Add into that some frequency music to calm and soothe and heal. Then add lavender and the beauty and wonder of crystals to enhance wellbeing and tap into the natural healing energy of mother earth.
